Catrina Dyer set up StartRight Speech and Language Therapy as she is passionate about helping children to communicate effectively. She is a registered Speech and Language Therapist with over 15 years experience of working with children across an extensive range of communication difficulties.
She has worked in the NHS as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist in Greater Manchester since 2005. This has included working with children in community clinics, mainstream primary schools, nurseries, Children’s Centres, specialist resource provisions and family homes. She continues to work for the NHS part-time as a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with the Cleft Lip and Palate Team at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
She is a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP). She has recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Speech Sound Disorders with the University of Sheffield.
